Very close to the airport and there is an airport shuttle. Two miles from the car rental center. Dinner at the bar in the evening is limited right now but is actually really good. Hotel is clean and good water pressure. Rooms need a little maintenance - three of the six drawer pulls on the dresser were missing but the screws were still there. The room was otherwise clean. I would stay there again as it is convenient for work. One thing to be aware of, there is a $23 per day parking fee that I didn't see mentioned anywhere when booking.

I recently stayed at the Embassy Suites in Atlanta while attending a business conference, and I want to take a moment to recognize Alex, the bartender, for his exceptional service. From the moment that I arrived at the bar, Alex made me feel very welcome and comfortable. He was attentive, friendly, and went out of his way to ensure every guest had a great experience and it should be noted that he was exceptional during busy hours on a weekend. Alex’s professionalism and genuine hospitality stood out immediately to me. As someone who also works for a Hilton hotel, I truly value and appreciate the level of service Alex has provided me and others with. It is very clear that he takes pride in his work and upholds the Hilton brand’s commitment to providing outstanding guest care. It should also be mentioned that by watching how he interacted with customers reminded me what true hospitality looks like. Someone who is attentive, personable, efficient, and attentive. Alex is an incredible representative of the Embassy Suites team, and I hope his dedication is recognized. Alex the bartender not only made my stay comfortable but also very memorable. This is a great place if you're flying out for location. Rooms are pretty well laid out. Daily parking is a bit pricey. My main beef are the room carpets are filthy, I think they need a steam cleaning this decade. The pool is fine for kids, but i think they need to change the water this year, it's pretty murky. The bar/restaurant needs to have a person at it at all times. The poor girl not only serves the happy hour drinks but also busses the tables. Also, the rooms with 2 beds were designed for queens, you can see the trim was clearly made for them. For a cost cutting reason though, they are fitted with doubles which sucks for couples. If they could fix those things, this would be spectacular hotel with great access to the airport. The included breakfast is pretty awesome, you can totally load up on the buffet or place an order. ps. If you have more than one kid, don't bother with the premium rooms. The "food" included for that premium price is only good for 2 people at most.

Such a gorgeous property! My first time staying there. Love Embassy Hotels for their breakfast! Phenomenal! The day I went there, they ran late opening it up and were still stocking things as people were in line. The rooms are a bit dark amd outdated but the breakfast makes it worthwhile!

The hotel's proximity to the airport is ideal for travelers with early flights. The rooms were spacious, though the cleanliness could be improved. It appears there is a need for a more robust management system, as the hotel seemed understaffed given its size. Despite this, the available staff were exceptionally helpful and dedicated to ensuring our comfort.

I recently attended an annual conference hosted here, and the experience exceeded expectations due to the focused attention from specific staff. The facilities were clean, modern, and organized, making our sessions run smoothly and efficiently. What truly set this visit apart, however, was the exceptional service we received from one of the banquet staff members, Ms. CeCe. Her professionalism, warm demeanor, and attention to detail made a noticeable difference throughout our event. Whether it was ensuring the room setup was just right or making sure our team had everything we needed, she went above and beyond at every moment. It’s rare to encounter someone so dedicated to creating a positive experience for guests. Ms. CeCe’s outstanding service reflects incredibly well on the hotel, and we are truly grateful for her care and hospitality. Highly recommend the Embassy Hotel for business events—and if you’re lucky enough to have Ms. CeCe assisting your team, you’re in excellent hands.

I visited this property for work and we had a meeting room for the day I was greeted warmly by Silvia at the desk and Fatima upon arrival. Steve handled the banquets and he was wonderful as well as both shuttle drivers Friday at 4pm and this mornings driver at 7am Rooms were clean and dinner was nice onsite. 5 stars so friendly. The only downside was at 6:49am today/Sunday I did ask to check out and get a printed receipt and if an atm onsite to tip the drivers… went back to ask the lady at the desk if she could break a 20 bill to add in an envelope for Fridays driver then received a lecture that I was telling and not asking too much from her… it was odd and confrontational… completely Unnecessary and just wrong on every level.. … I’ve been in the hospitality industry and airline for both of my both careers and that’s a first… …nor have I encountered this before… . I would say attitude is everything but perhaps as a suggestion have Silvia train the desk and mentor…..she is 5 stars and stood out above all the way with a warm smile and offered to assist every guest ( her smile made the trip memorable as well as Steve) No one needs a lecture on if they asked for too many things upon checkout to be able to tip these hard working drivers….. i would give the checkout 1 star but the rest of the staff was amazing…..still confused by that incident and left extremely uncomfortable …. However the driver made up for it and he was most excellent….I would give 5 stars but the check out was something….
